Per diems (an allowance to cover living expenses) of 90 EUR par day will be provided (covering travel and conference days).
How will I receive the per diem?
The per diems will be paid after participating in the sessions and delivered via a bank transfer. We endeavor to pay the per diems within 14 days, starting from the first working day after the end of the panel.
During the registration form, you will be requested to provide your bank account details (IBAN, BIC or SWIFT codes).
How do I submit reimbursements?
The reimbursements requests need to be submitted within 14 working days. Invoices should always be kept.
Please note that your online attendance at the second session will be verified to receive the per diem.
